PKR Spain Terms and Conditions – Please Read Carefully

1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete agreement between you and PKR Spain ("the Platform", "we", "us") regarding your use of the PKR Spain website, mobile application, and all services available through them. This includes sports betting, casino games, live casino, promotions, VIP programmes, deposits, and withdrawals.

By registering an account or using any part of the PKR Spain platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use the platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules or conditions attached to individual promotions, games, or features on the platform. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will apply to that promotion only.

All amounts referred to on the PKR Spain platform — including deposits, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals — are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The platform does not conduct any currency conversion and operates entirely in PKR.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register an account on PKR Spain, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. The PKR Spain platform is strictly for adults. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to be registered by a minor will be immediately closed and any funds returned subject to verification.
• You must be registering a personal account in your own name. Corporate accounts or accounts registered on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You may only hold one active account on PKR Spain. Duplicate accounts are not allowed. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and winnings may be voided.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. This includes your full name, date of birth, and any additional information requested during the verification process.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close associate of PKR Spain or any affiliated business.

PKR Spain reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including before processing withdrawals or upon account review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3Deposits & Payment Methods

PKR Spain accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and compatible mobile wallets. All deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted.

Deposits are generally credited to your PKR Spain account within a few minutes for mobile wallet transfers (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast). Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing timelines of the sending institution. PKR Spain does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• The minimum deposit amount is stated on the deposits page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits made during promotional periods may be subject to additional bonus terms as outlined in the relevant promotion.
• PKR Spain reserves the right to request proof of payment source for any deposit, particularly large amounts or deposits from new payment methods.
• Funds deposited to your PKR Spain account are held for the purpose of betting and gaming activity on the platform and are not interest-bearing.

4Sports Betting Rules

All bets placed on PKR Spain are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules for that event and market type.

General betting rules that apply across all sports on PKR Spain include the following:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the platform. For in-play betting, odds may change between selection and confirmation — if the odds change before confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept or decline.
• PKR Spain reserves the right to limit bet stakes on specific markets, accounts, or events at its discretion. Unusual betting patterns or stake sizes significantly out of line with an account's historical behaviour may trigger a review.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — follow specific cricket betting rules relating to rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, match abandonments, and player substitutions. These rules are documented within the relevant market.
• All bets are void if the event does not take place within a defined timeframe of the scheduled start unless explicitly stated otherwise in the market rules.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrectly displayed odd, PKR Spain reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to be settled as winners for the accumulator to pay out. Void selections in an accumulator reduce the number of legs without voiding the entire bet.

In-play betting carries an inherent delay between events occurring and markets updating. PKR Spain uses reasonable measures to minimise this delay, but bets placed on in-play markets where a decisive event has already occurred may be voided at the platform's discretion.

5Casino & Live Casino Games

The PKR Spain game lobby and live casino section offer slots, table games, and live dealer titles. All games operate according to the rules provided within each game interface. PKR Spain acts as the platform operator; individual games are provided by third-party software providers whose rules govern the mechanics of each title.

• All casino games are governed by random number generation (RNG) certified by the relevant software provider. The outcomes of RNG games cannot be predicted or influenced by the platform or any player.
• Live casino tables operate with real dealers and real-time video streaming. Connection quality may affect your experience; PKR Spain is not responsible for bets lost due to individual connectivity issues.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino and live casino games and are displayed within the game interface before betting commences.
• Winnings from casino games are credited to your PKR Spain account balance in PKR and are available for withdrawal subject to any applicable wagering requirements from bonuses.

6Bonuses & Promotions

PKR Spain offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and VIP cashback. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. The specific terms for any active promotion are available on the Promotions page before you opt in.

General bonus rules that apply across all PKR Spain promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered accounts in good standing. PKR Spain reserves the right to determine elig ibility at its discretion.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real money.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, and table games may have different contribution percentages. These are outlined in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses claimed under false pretences — including the use of multiple accounts, incorrect personal information, or abuse of promotional mechanics — will be voided and the associated account may be suspended.
• PKR Spain reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn while you have an active bonus, the terms in place at the time of claiming will remain applicable to that bonus.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, device, or IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through different accounts will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

7Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your PKR Spain account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies across JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and card withdrawals.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated on the Withdrawal page. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfer requests.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is stated on the Withdrawal page. There is no arbitrary maximum withdrawal limit for accounts in good standing that have completed identity verification.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above certain thresholds. Requested documents must be submitted through your account. Processing of your withdrawal will resume once verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has active bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements. The real money portion of your balance remains withdrawable at any time.
• PKR Spain does not deduct platform fees from withdrawal amounts. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside PKR Spain's control.
• In cases where PKR Spain has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending investigation.

8Responsible Gaming

PKR Spain is committed to providing a betting and gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform includes a range of tools to help you manage your activity — these are available directly through your account settings at any time.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Reminders: Set reminders to notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: You can request to exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period your account will be suspended and you will not be able to deposit, bet, or access the casino.
• Reality Checks: The platform can be configured to display how long you have been logged in during a session.

9Account Suspension & Closure

PKR Spain reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• False or misleading information was provided during registration or verification.
• More than one account is identified as belonging to the same individual.
• There is evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.
• Unusual patterns of betting inconsistent with normal recreational behaviour are identified.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in the platform's dormancy policy.

Where an account is closed for reasons attributable to a breach of these Terms by the account holder, PKR Spain reserves the right to retain funds as appropriate. Where closure is initiated by PKR Spain for operational reasons not related to a breach, your real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

10Privacy & Data Use

PKR Spain collects and processes personal information as part of the account registration, verification, and platform operation process. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, and request deletion of your data subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

11Changes to These Terms

PKR Spain may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered users through the platform or by email.

Your continued use of the PKR Spain platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a revision, your recourse is to stop using the platform and close your account.
